RDNT LYTES was born in a Toronto kitchen and a barre studio, obsessed with two questions: how can hydration feel like a moment, and how can it actually work?
We built RDNT with sports nutritionists to hit the electrolyte ratios your body actually uses — sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride and zinc. No sugar, no caffeine, no fillers, no compromise.
Then we added the shimmer. A whisper of food-grade mica turns each glass into a small piece of daily magic — a reminder that taking care of yourself should feel like a ritual, not a chore.
